In this video How to enable Structured Exception Handling Overwrite Protection, I walk through enabling it in Windows operating systems. This security feature greatly enhances the security of Windows-based applications. This security feature is off by default in Windows 7 and Vista. Note that improperly modifying the Windows Registry can cause damage to your operating system, always create a backup of your registry before editing.
